Bobble Babble: Garret Anderson was one of the most gifted and consistent hitters in Angels history. He spent fifteen season with the the team, from 1994 to 2008, and primarily played left field (though he would occasionally fill in as DH). He hit for both average and power and was not easy to strike out. Anderson still holds many of the franchise’s all-time offensive records including total hits (2,368), RBIs (1,292), and games played (2,013). He is also one of only a select few players in MLB history to hit over 500 doubles in his career. For his offensive prowess, Anderson was awarded the Silver Slugger award in 1998, 1999, 2001, and 2002.

Classic Angels bobblehead – 4 out of 5 stars. Minus 1 star because he’s crowding the plate.
