Bobble Babble: Chone Figgins was one of the most dynamic and versatile players the Angels had during the 2000s, and he played a major role in several of their playoff runs. He had elite speed and was one of the fastest players in MLB. Figgins also provided significant positional versatility. He played 2B, 3B, SS, CF, LF, and RF, and often moved around depending on team needs. And he was a problem for other teams in the leadoff role. Opponents would need to come up with a game plan assuming he would get on base. This bobblehead celebrates many of Figgins’ accomplishments the 2005 season, but the box specifically highlights his MLB-leading 62 stolen bases. Thus the unique sliding position of the figure.
