Bobble Babble: C.J. Wilson signed with the Angels on December 8th, 2011. This might have made headlines except it was the same day that Albert Pujols signed with the team. Wilson had a reasonable first season as an Angel with a 13-10 record and a 3.83 ERA, which was good enough to earn him an All-Star selection. Along with Jered Weaver, Dan Haren, and Zach Greinke, Wilson helped lock down the starting rotation for the Halos this season. He pitched incredibly well through 2013 but started to struggle the following year. He ended up on the IL with an elbow injury in 2015 and underwent a career-ending shoulder surgery shortly thereafter.
