Bobble Babble: On November 12th, 2015, the Angels acquired Andrelton Simmons and catcher José Briceño from the Atlanta Braves. In exchange the Angels sent Erick Aybar and pitching prospects Sean Newcomb and Chris Ellis to Atlanta. The Angels made the move to secure an elite defensive cornerstone at shortstop. Simmons would play for the Halos for the next five seasons, delivering solid offensive and boss-level defense. This bobblehead celebrates his 2017 Gold Glove, and he was also awarded another one in 2018 (he had also previously won another two in 2013 and 2014 with the Braves).
