Bobble Babble: Every so often, a smart promotional team will allow the fans to weigh in to decide what bobblehead the team is going to make next. In 2012, the Angels offered up the options of Peter Bourjos, Howie Kendrick, and Jordan Walden… and the fans went with Bourjos. Bourjos was selected by the Angels in the 10th round of the 2005 MLB Draft. The Halos called him up in 2010 and he played centerfield steadily throughout the 2013 season. He was traded to the Cardinals before the 2014 season and spent a couple years there. He then spent the next couple years bouncing around through Philadelphia, Tampa Bay, and Atlanta, until he finally ended up back in Anaheim in 2019 for his final season. Bourjos had a solid MLB career, where he was primarily known for his elite defense, speed, and above-average range in the outfield.
